Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Prompt Vault, a browser extension for saving AI prompts and inserting them into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity (the “Product”). The Product is made and sold by Zahar Baranenko, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By installing the Product or buying Prompt Vault Pro you agree to these terms.
1. Who sells the Product
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. What you get
- Free — up to 15 saved prompts, hotkey insert on the supported sites, search, export and import.
- Pro — a one-time payment of US$9 (plus sales tax or VAT where applicable) that unlocks
unlimited prompts and fill-in
{{variables}}for the license holder. Pro is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges.
After payment you receive a license key. Entering it in the extension popup activates Pro. The key is personal: please don't share or resell it.
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense or sell the Product, or try to bypass its license check.
4. Your content
Your prompts belong to you. They are stored only in your browser; we never receive them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups — the Export feature exists for exactly that.
5. Third-party sites
The Product works inside websites run by other companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). We are not affiliated with them. If a site changes its page layout, insertion may stop working until we release an update; we will make reasonable efforts to restore it promptly. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
6. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Details are in the Refund Policy.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the Product to fix bugs, keep it compatible with supported sites and add features. Pro purchases include all updates to the Pro features for the life of the Product.
8. No warranty
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
