How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles returns. To request a refund, open paddle.net, find your order with the email you used at checkout, and choose the refund option — or reply to your Paddle receipt email.

What happens next

The full amount, including any tax charged, goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. After a refund the Pro license key is deactivated; the Free version keeps working and your saved prompts stay in your browser.
